  1. Download this guided exercise. There are about 2 minutes of explanations and context and then about 8 minutes of guided meditation/yoga/breath time.

  2. A yoga mat, towel, or blanket.

  3. Find a wall (and spot of floor in front of the wall) where you can lie down and let your legs rest on the wall.

  4. And then hit play!
