I’ve been where you are. I’ve set goals and never been satisfied. I’ve hustled through my day trying to cram more and more things in so that I could say I was productive. I’ve gone down the rabbit hole of judgment and comparison.
The combination of coaching and yoga helps to integrate the body, mind, and soul. Every activity we will use comes from my own experience and learning over the last few years I can promise you that there is no better way to take a deep dive into yourself than combining these proven coaching tools with a mind-body-soul yoga focus.

> Each week you will receive life coaching, yoga inspiration, and easy to follow sequences through a weekly email, our 60-minute group video-conference sessions, and a private Facebook group to connect with the other members of the group.
> Each yoga sequence or practice will be designed to enhance your understanding and foster a deeper connection to yourself. These practices will be accessible for all levels of experience.
> The group will meet for a weekly video-conference on Tuesdays at 1pm ET. The exact dates are March 14th, March 21, March 28, April 4, April 11 and April 18.

Week by Week
What to expect:
Each week you will receive an email full of content to get you thinking and a yoga sequence to download and use whenever you’d like on Mondays.
On Tuesdays, the small group (of max 8 people) will meet on a video conference call for a 60-minute session that will combine coaching, yoga, interactive discussion, and journaling.
Throughout the rest of the week, I’ll be available by email and we’ll support one another in a private Facebook group.
We will breathe (a lot). We will laugh. There may be crying. We will celebrate. You will learn to make yourself a priority and embrace the shine to create the life you really want – full of acceptance, intention, and abundance.
Week 1: Get Grounded
I don’t know about you, but I know that I tend to go, go, go during the day. It is in those moments that my mind starts to feel scattered and I lose my focus and motivation. The act of simply noticing your breath, of letting it be all that you focus on – is like magic for the body, mind and soul.
This week you will learn how to stop the overwhelm. Stop the frazzle. Or at the very least notice when you are headed in that direction. You will identify your own personal manifesto and explore ways to connect to the present moment.
Week 2: Light your inner candle
Do you put everyone else first all the time? Do you plan your day based on what you should do instead of what you crave? Do you ignore what your body is telling you?
This week you will tune in. I’ll invite you to kindle the light inside yourself to recognize when your body wants you to know something. You will explore how to feel instead of think as a way to navigate daily life.
Week 3: Dim the lights on your thoughts
Our thoughts have a remarkable power to undo any of our efforts to be present in the moment and compassionate with ourselves.
If you are anything like me, the majority of thoughts that sneak through my brain do not really serve me. In fact, I’d wager a guess that you probably tell yourself the same things over and over each day in one way, shape or form. These thoughts are steeped in limiting beliefs or judgments. And I don’t know about you…but I don’t have the energy to pay attention to all the thoughts that make me doubt myself.
This week you are going to take a good hard look at your thoughts. You will learn how to reframe, how to notice and even how to practice acceptance.
Week 4: Put the spotlight on your intention
Many of us are perpetual (but unsatisfied) goal setters. I was a self-proclaimed goal-setting queen in my prior life. I even taught elementary school children how to write their own SMART goals full of benchmarks, indicators, and time-bound accountability.
But there is a problem with the way that many of us set goals (myself included). If we aren’t careful – goals tend to be outcome based. The more we focus on finish lines, dress sizes, and finished products – we stop noticing the process and journey which is where all the magic really happens.
This week you will harness the power of setting an intention to create inner change. You’ll get clear on what you want to feel and how you can take steps to move towards your intention with purpose and clarity.
Week 5: Radiate abundance
Do you jump to judgment when something doesn’t go as planned? Do you catch yourself saying things like “It doesn’t count” or “It wasn’t enough…”?
Are you looking at what is going right or are you looking at what is going wrong?
A focus on gratitude helps shift your energy. If you practice it regularly, you will start to spend more energy on noticing the positives – big and small – rather than the stories that don’t serve you.
Gratitude actively combats judgment. And I don’t know about you…but I’ve been known to shower myself with a constant flow of judgment now and again.
This week you are going to play with abundance. Literally and figuratively. Play is good for us and you are going to play with nurturing your heart, your soul and your body to practice gratitude and radiate abundance.
Week 6: Visualize your shine
It is one thing to set daily intentions based on feelings instead of thoughts, but it is another thing altogether to allow yourself to believe in what is possible. This week, you’ll put it all together to envision your radiant and abundant future self. You will celebrate the big and small steps, feedback as progress, and give yourself permission to manifest the life you crave.
